Memories

Here are the pictures I promised of the finished Christmas gift for Mom & Dad! We were finally able to give it to them when they got back from Hawaii. I wasn't able to be there when they opened it because it was when Shane picked them up from the airport early in the morning and then they were on their way directly home from there. He said that they really loved it. I have not have a chance to talk to them yet. Pictured is the can that all the memories fit into and the album that Susan got. In the picture of the back of the can you can see there are paper leaves all over it...each leaf has each of everyone's names on them. Hope you like the the final result... and thanks so much for being so willing to participate in this special gift for them!

I think I may be figuring this thing out now. This is the 4 wheeler that Santa brought to Dylan. It's electric and only goes 5 MPH but he loves it. Here he is in our drive way.

Well, that was my first attempt at posting a blog. I think it is best to do when you don't have a lot of photo's to post. A large group would probably be best in a family web site.

We hope you all had a great Christmas. It looks like Tyler, Chase and Colby did. I think that was Tyler on that pocket rocket. It never rains in AZ so how did it shrink so much. Did you guys run it through the wash? Hehe.

Our new place

OK, I hope this works. I've taken a some photo's that should appear below of our new place. It's not decorated yet but some of you wanted to see it so here goes. I've already maxed this out by trying to send more than 5 photo's. Also I can't tell where the text will end up so I'll give you a general idea of what all the photo's are and hope you can figure them out.

Alright, I finally got on here to post a message from Hawaii. It is amazing here. It is just so beautiful. It is hard to believe that this is actually where the Strattons live. The view from their home is spectacular. I will post a few photos and see how it goes. I will post more later.

I'll give this a try

Hi guys. It's easy to read your messages, but I had a hard time finding how to post. I guess I'll figure it out. Here is a picture of our family and our two Japanese friends that visited for a few weeks. Ryan wasn't home at the time we took this picture. It was crowded in our little house, but really fun to have them here! I read that I can send pictures from my camera phone to this web site and post them, so I will try that next.

Well this is the first time that I have seen a blog also. I am surprised that you can't create a port from the main blog page. (Or I just can't see how.) Anyway, if we all get on here it could be fun.

I think you will find that if you are on a page and you want to get back to a place you can post from try clicking on either the "Christopherson Family" at the top of the page... or on the actual "Blogger" logo in the top left hand corner. Playing around and clicking on things will really help you figure out how things work... have fun!

Posting pictures is easy

These are pictures of Colby I took yesterday. He was crushing cheerios with his forehead on the coffee table... this one was hanging on for dear life! Posting pictures is easy... all you have to do is click the little photo icon that's at the top of your posting window where you type. Then you just browse to find and upload your photo.

Welcome to the family blog! I hope everyone will find that this is a lot of fun and we will be able to keep up on what's going on with everyone in our family! I think you will all find that posting on here is much easier than you imagined. I am also new to this whole blog thing... and if I can figure out how it works I know you all can.
